  2. Read 1.14a has been revised and enhanced in the following ways since
  3. the release of Read 1.12j.
  4. Read will now accept command line wildcards as long as * is included.
  5. Example:
  6. Read C:\NEW\*.DOC
  7. Will cause Read to open all files in the C:\NEW directory with the extension
  8. DOC. Each file will be opened in turn. Move to the next file by pressing
  9. X or Escape. Break up the procedure by pressing F10.
  10. Read C:\NEW\L*.DOC Should filter so that only files beginning with L and ending
  11. with DOC are included.

  13. Due to memory considerations Read is now limited to 144 entries in the View
  14. or Extract archive portions.
